Godrej's 127-year track record and their Gurgaon delivery history is the most reliable builder credibility on the entire DXP corridor. The basement-free natural greenspace is a real physical differentiator — not marketing copy. 42 families per acre at this scale is rare. Current price appreciation of 10.36% in Q1 2026 alone signals strong demand.
Possession is June 2031 — approximately 5 to 6 years from now. At ₹17,000-18,000 per sq ft current pricing, this is mid-to-upper range on DXP. Not the cheapest entry, not the most expensive.
You need possession before 2030, budget is under ₹3.5 Cr, or you specifically want a branded residence with hotel management — in that case, Whiteland Westin in the same sector is more suitable.
