Yes. The Haryana section of the Dwarka Expressway (around 19km) is fully operational. The Delhi section is nearing completion. Connectivity to NH-8, Cyber City, and the Airport is currently smooth and significantly faster than before.

While most of the premium supply is under construction, there are a few select ready-to-move options available, mostly in resale. Projects like Sobha City and Experion Windchants have delivered phases.

Sector 113 is closer to the Delhi border and the upcoming commercial hubs, making it slightly more premium in terms of launch prices. Sector 106 has more established residential clusters and is closer to the operational parts of Gurgaon.
